Questions about pricing

Is there a setup fee?

No. During the pilot phase we set Hevia up for you free of charge.

What counts as a customer chat?

A customer opens the chat on your website and asks their questions. One question or ten, that is one chat. Start allows 500 a month, so around 16 a day.

What happens if there are more?

We get in touch before anything happens and discuss the right plan. The chat is not switched off, and nothing is bought automatically.

Can I cancel monthly?

Yes. There is no minimum term. If you pay yearly, you get two months free.

Are there offers for agencies?

Yes. With an agency licence you sell Hevia to your clients under your own name. More on the partner page.

Why no commission?

Because the booking belongs to you. Hevia sends customers to your own booking page and only counts the clicks.
