Who is responsible for what

evioe studio is responsible for this website, sign-up and the dashboard.
For the chat on a business’s website, that business is responsible. Hevia only processes the data there on its behalf (processing under Art. 28 GDPR).
The providers we use for this are listed under subprocessors.

The texts have been checked against how the service actually runs (as of 4 November 2026); a review by a lawyer is still pending. Still open are the data processing agreements with Vercel (move to the Pro plan) and Neon (applicable version being clarified); details in the list of subprocessors.
